• We ship to Poland, EU countries, and selected international destinations.
• Alcoholic beverages may be restricted in certain countries or regions. Your order may be canceled if shipping alcohol is prohibited.

• Poland: 1–4 business days
• EU: 3–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance.

Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
• Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be issued according to carrier results.
