We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below are the rules for returns depending on product type.
General Products (Teff, Spices, Coffee, Accessories, Non-alcoholic items)
Eligible for Return:
• Unopened and unused products
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• In original packaging
Non-returnable:
• Perishable goods (e.g., opened teff, coffee, spices)
• Food items that have been opened
• Products damaged by improper handling after delivery
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Alcoholic Beverages (Wine, Honey Wine, Tej)
Due to legal regulations and product sensitivity, alcoholic beverages cannot be returned unless:
• The product arrived damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The bottle is leaking or broken upon arrival
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for verification.
Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We do not refund shipping fees unless a shipping error was on our side.
